I keep trying to give them a chance because I used to work for an Arby’s, the food is good, IF IT’S FRESH. They forget sauces or full items from my drive thru order. Workers are nice but if I can’t get what I pay for, the restaurant is not doing their job.

This Arby’s was over in Van wert Ohio and the gal that got my order ready was awesome. And the egg sandwich I got I could choose from a biscuit or a croissant and I got more bacon on my croissant egg sandwich that I do at McDonald’s. So I will go there for my breakfast sandwich rather than going to McDonald’s, because McDonald’s takes one slice of bacon and cut it in half whereas Arby’s gives you three slices and they are not cut in half.

Ordered large curly fries with our sandwiches. When I first got the bag, I opened and looked to verify everything was there. The fries had been put in sideways as to spill out. Got home, put fries back into large container and did not even reach half full.
