The sweet woman MICHELLE gave me the best customer service tonight, it was an misunderstanding with my food and she resolved it with no issues she even offered to keep the rest of my food under the heat while my pizza was getting remade. Went in using Strike Out for Slices vouchers. Decided to order spaghetti deal instead and take home the pizza. Sauce for the spaghetti tasted a little different than normal, almost burnt. We had a trainee who seemed a bit overwhelmed which caused several items not to come out.

I ordered take out. They were very busy when I walked in. I waited my turn in line and they said my food was not ready. I sat down and waited. Slowly every other customer got there food and left. Even other customers came in after and left. I asked again about my food, she checked the shelf where they keep take out food, and magically my food was sitting there the entire time. I waited an additional 30 minutes while my food got cold on the shelf. Very frustrating!

Staff needs help but they were nice. We ordered 4 appetizers, got 3 of them. No serving plates. Food was good but attention to detail would go a long way. Only charged for the 3 appetizers.

I just paid $24 plus a $3 tip for a large pizza with pepperoni on one half and sausage on the other. No sauce on the pizza as picture shows and no pepperoni only cheese on one half. So much for paying high prices because you like there sauce only to throw almost $30 in away for a pizza with no toppings on one side and no sauce on it. What a joke

Needed background music. Food was great as usual but somewhat slow coming out which translated to a bit slow in service however most likely short a few staff. The server however did get everything correct and to the correct people. We in fact tipped her very well. Considering a slight labor shortage still ongoing, the overall experience was still really good for our party of 10. We dinner with relatives from California that we haven’t seen in years.
