This review is strictly to thank MATHEW for his great customer service, when placing this issue on him, when confronted at the first window of the drive thru…….Placed an order Sunday afternoon, they did not include a quarter pounder meal within this relatively large order. I called and was informed that they would put the order number and the name for a comp of the meal missing, whenever we can make it back over to this McDonald’s. I just got back home from going through the drive thru to get my quarter pounder and was told they would NOT be able to help me even with being able to give them the order number and name on the order (so someone isn’t doing their job either the drive thru employee or whomever was suppose to write our name and order number down for this meal). This review should not get Mathew in trouble for performing great CS due to the fact that if he didn’t……this would have been a much differently rated review!

This McDonald’s has been on a steep decline for years now, but today I had an experience that was legitimately baffling. The McDonald’s app says 24 hours and so does Google, the lights are on and there are workers in the store and that implies they’re open. However they will run away and hide if they see you instead of letting you ask if they’re open. I called them to confirm their actual opening time but they hung up the phone before I could get an answer and didn’t pick up a second time. Whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and has no business dealing with customers if they hang up on someone asking a simple question.

I ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich and it looks like it’s soggy, rotten, it’s not even fresh. I’ve ordered one in the past and it was fresh and crispy. The patty looks like something from a McChicken instead. I also ordered a large french fries and it used to be full, now it’s less than 2/3.

Our power was out so I went here to connect to free wifi. The latte was a little less tasty than usual, and the chicken biscuits were a little cool and I ate them right away. Everything else was as I’d expect. I didn’t feel any pressure to leave as I worked. Good experience overall.
