I was not happy with how one employee just stood around and did nothing and waited for a very busy server to come and help me when it came to me picking up the food I ordered. She looked at me and walked away and pretended to get busy.

Used to love PH, but this one apparently has it’s problems. The toppings are scarce and the pizza iteself was doughy in the middle, I also noticed the attitude of management towards the employees was, let’s say, less than stellar, which gives them an, “I don’t care” attitude. Definitely room here for improvement as this would be a great location for a well ran Pizza Hut.

I ordered a special. One was 13 and the other 14 and when I checked out my bill was 34.00. I would like to see better price transparency. I also asked them to cut both pizzas in squares, and they only did one. This has happened with my last 3 orders
