With all the deluxe burger choices, how do you stand out? The best way is by delivering at a high level. I’d wanted to try them since they opened in Franklin Farm. I passed the Herndon location recently and stopped to pick up dinner.

Ended up trying this place out today due to the long chipotle line next door, but very thankful it was long after trying the food. Staff was friendly, food was amazing! I built my own burger and it was delicious. The Nashville chicken sandwich is perfect for spicy food lovers like myself. 10/10 recommend! I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items

I finally visit Big Buns Damn Good Burgers for the very first time. The location on Elden Street in Herndon is small, sitting next to Chipotle, and almost obscure if you’re driving by. The interior doesn’t accommodate many people as it appears a little cramped, but it’s fast food and I’m sure that was why it was designed this way, to get folks in and out. Well, my experience was a welcoming one as the manager immediately asked if it was my first time there. We went over the menu of items and he made some suggestions, which were good based on my likes. I went with the burger with almost all the toppings and the fries and drink. The cost could set you back a bit, but the food I thought was great. Well-prepared our target made to order and it was a decent burger that I would consider ordering again although the menu had other items that could be considered. Overall, it is a good fast-food restaurant although pricy, and the location is perfect for the amount of foot and vehicular traffic.

Everything was well made and super friendly service! Asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it actually was cooked medium! 9/10 times burger restaurants overcook burgers, in my experience. Brussel sprouts came with 3 flavorful dipping sauces. Milkshake hit the spot! I mixed Oreo and Nutella and don’t regret that choice.

This location is very small, 8-ish seats total, so don’t necessarily expect to be able to sit there. We got the Anniversary Burger and the Collaboration Burger, as well as a side of fries to share. That was more than enough for two people. Got good medium rare cooking on both burgers. The anniversary burger was a little salty for my taste, but it was still tasty. The staff were friendly, and the manager checked on us during our meal. Recommend if you’re looking for something new in the area.

No place to sit indoors when there are more than 5 customers so if ur visiting during hot weather, expect to sweat outdoors when u eat. Food was good … But .,. Pricey! Friendly service! Recommend.

Was going to give this place one more try before I decided never to go back. Ordered twice online and both times burger was severely under cooked and fries were cold. This was after sitting in the restaurant both times, waiting for my food to be finished. This time I tried to call in to see if I could get them to verify my burger temp and let them know how under cooked both my last burgers came out. The person that answered the phone told me they don’t take phone orders and directed me to the website. I was burned twice going this route, so now I am officially done with this place. I really wish I had the $50 back I spent at this place, trying to support local. Lesson learned. Put this on my buyer beware and never return list.
