The building was completely empty the entire time we ate should’ve been our first sign it wasn’t a great option. Absolutely terrible. The pizza was all 1/3 bread and very greasy also tasted awful. With the bread sticks we were given the smallest amount of marinara possible. Definitely will not be back.

Delivery was on time. However, we ordered a medium super supreme pizza and when we got our pizza. The dough was still raw and it look like they forgot some of our toppings and threw it on last minute. All our veggies and some sausages were still cold, raw and not cooked. We had to rebake our pizza so our child could eat dinner.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered about an hour and a half before close and ended up not being able to make it in to pick up my order. I tried calling for over an hour up until close and nothing, no response. They clearly were just ignoring the phones and think they can pick and choose when they can serve customers regardless of being open. This also goes to show how far the management goes, clearly nobody at this store cares. The worst service I’ve gotten since I moved here

Very poor management, pizza never showed up left me with 3 hungry 3 kids with no food without a call or reason.. called the next day for explanation and they didn’t do anything to correct the treatment.. so had to order online and paid 46$ not worth it.. specially being done

Very disappointed in the delivery of our pizza. When the delivery person came, they never knocked on the door, never rang the doorbell, and just set out food on the stairs. This is the second time this has happened. Never got our sauce with the bread sticks and the pizza and breadsticks were cold. Very Very poor service. If I could leave zero stars I would have.

My wife wanted a taco pizza from Pizza Hut around 6:30 Sunday evening. After trying to call and order in and no one answering, she ordered one on the app. The app said it would be ready in 15 mins. Since we only live 4 blocks from there I left the house in 10 mins. After getting there and paying for it I had to wait another 13 mins. Thinking I had a nice hot pizza went home. We were really disappointed it was only warm and the crust wasn’t the garlic butter crust that she ordered on the app and it was dry and tough.
