Must say, I was slightly disappointed. I came in on a Monday morning (11am, just before the lunch rush), & ordered a large A4 (Chili Cheese Dog) meal, with a large chocolate shake. The shake was liquidy & not appetizing. The chili dog was lackluster- looked nothing like the menu picture, in fact it was more reminiscent of a 711 chili dog. I wasn’t asked if my food was “for here or to go” so for my first visit to A&W I didn’t get to try the fresh root beer or my shake from their signature “iced” mugs. The only saving grace was that the staff was polite & the root beer was amazing. Overall, not worth the hype.

I get that they were 45 minutes away from closing, but I have to say these were the worst fires I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration. Soggy, soft, lukewarm, stale, chewy, I could go on. Had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken so might as well have given me some fresh fries as well. To top it off they forgot one of my sides. No wonder there was no one in line on the drive-thru.

I normally don’t review fast food joints… Because their goal is to make the fries the same way everywhere, right? However, the service we received at this A&W set them apart. Simply outstanding. The nice gentleman refused to sell us chicken that he said “he wouldn’t eat”, and offered suggestions on where else we could get a quick gluten-free meal near the restaurant. Great servant heart!!

Would not serve people, even with masks on. So rude about it. They had the nerve to tell me that they would help me only if I walked through the drive through, I pointed out to them that it would be unsafe with my small kids to do that, they still refused.

Why does your google page say dine-in is available when the staff refuses to even let you order inside? Seems you should probably either get a handle on your staff or state here that dine-in is certainly not available.

Our server Faith was super friendly and very helpful, I ordered a very delicious veggie burger, on a multi grain bun, without cheese so it was vegan, but I am sure you can order all burgers as a veggie. I am very thankful that A&W is so thoughtful to create a burger for animal lovers or people they try to eat less meat .They taste really great, just try, I am sure you will very positive surprised.

Not going to lie, best fast food onions rings I’ve ever had. That being said the staff was kind of rude. I guess giving receipts is mandatory (I tried to ask them not to give me one), and they gave me a float with half the ice cream outside the cup?

DISGUSTING place. Absolutely filthy I will NEVER feed my family hear. How does this place pass a health inspection- we stopped here for a quick meal walked in it smelled so bad the place is so dirty – food and trash everywhere on the floor. Our feet stuck to the flor when we walked in. The management ought to be ashamed.

Came here to eat and ordered a cheeseburger and fries the people working here seemed like kids right out of high-school messing around not taking the job seriously then they told me to park in the parking lot and wait for my food and no one else was even in line for the drive in when I finally got my cheeseburger it was all smashed looked like it had been stepped on and tasted awful
