Came close to closing time and they were pretty nice. This Arby’s has a lot of old decor looking at it from the outside it looks like it has not been updated since 2005 which is good because it can feel nostalgic. It looks clean from the outside.

Very disappointed. Came by 45 minutes before they closed, all the lights were on and someone was behind the counter. I was not greeted on the speaker at the drive through menu even after saying hello. After pulling up to go in they had turned off the lights in the dining room and were sitting in a booth alone in the dark watching for me to leave. Watched me write this review in my car. They could of simply just apologized and said they were closed as they appeared to be wearing the headset when I pulled up.

Went through drive-thru and was told that they have no roast beef, no turkey, and no ice for the drinks. Drinks. So I’ll order it a number five combo chicken bacon swiss. I get to the window and after about 10 minutes all I get was just a sandwich. No one came back to the window so I drove back around to the speaker and the lady told me that they were no longer taking orders that their system is down. I said no. I just want to get the fries for my combo. And she said sorry we can only take cash the systems down even though I literally just paid with my credit card to get the meal. This is the worst customer service I believe I’ve had and I will not be back.

11:30 am on 9/24 and the doors are locked with no sign stating why. The employees are obviously in there. They’re cleaning tables even though nobody’s inside and making sure the door is still locked.
