They remodeled the dining room. They have the Coke machine where you can combine whatever flavors you want. Love it! Service is always good. I haven’t been to a Moe’s Southwest Grill in a long time so wanted to check it out again… I really wanted to give them a 5 Star review But… I went for lunch and was excited to order and eat my meal, however, when I took the first bite and a couple other bites after that, of my burrito I was sorely disappointed in that the rice, beans, chicken was just cool to lukewarm… I was expecting it to be hot since at a glance I saw steam coming up from some of the trays. The tortilla chips were very greasy so we just threw them out.

I went for the Monday burrito offer and I ended paying full price because I went through the wrong door. There is a big sing that says that you only get the discounted price if you have the app… unfortunately there are two doors and only one sign… I used the other door. I try explaining it to the worker, but he didn’t care. On top of that, they took out the outside tables and the salsa was tasteless… Now I will just go somewhere else.

Love Moe’s especially the green salsa that tastes so fresh with each bite.. Their menu is simple, taco, burrito, quesadilla, wrap, salad, or my all time go to nachos, you pick the protein then choose from unlimited toppings ( only a handful of them are an upcharge) not a big fan of their rice but they still get 5 stars because the line moves fast, food is amazing and it always hits the spot at an extremely affordable price

Today my experience was not very good. I ordered a tofu salad, and PAID for extra tofu, and also requested extra rice. There is not a single piece of tofu to be found in my order, and there’s almost no rice at all. I live 25 minutes away so I usually only get Moe’s when I’m in the area, and I never had an issue before. Another issue from today was the excessive amount of stale chips they put in the bag. I am very displeased with my protein-less salad.

The food is not that good honestly. Also I paid for my order and after that they walked away without bagging my order up or saying “thank you, have a nice day”. They all seemed to be too busy chatting it up amongst themselves to greet any customers. Even when I walked in I didn’t get a greeting. The first young lady that was at the beginning of the food line serving people just stared at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. She did not greet me at all. My co worker’s recommended that I go here for lunch but I won’t be doing that ever again. For sure. It was an awkward experience and I took roughly two bites of the food and was not interested in eating anymore. Waste of money!

“welcome to Moe’s” – no, no greeting when we walked in. In fact, no one directly at the front counter but a few employees huddled by the register… Waited a few minutes just for a male to come up, wash his hands, and finally take our order.
