Love DQ in Weslaco! Always clean and friendly atmosphere. Service is always quick. Our orders were nice and hot. Fresh made crispy French Fries . So glad to see Cindy back, although she told us it was temporary for the summer. Great Employee. Came around made sure customers were satisfied and asked if she could refill our drinks. I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 beef taco salads… I ended up with 2 beef LESS taco salads and barely even beans!! Disappointed to say the least. Yes, the manager offered a meal credit and apology, but still Disappointed.

We ordered a banana split and a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. They gave us a strawberry blizzard with chocolate syrup and and a banana split with no nuts and no cherries. Needless to say, I wont be coming back to this DQ anytime soon. I don’t know if the staff new or if they were short staffed but the desserts were not good and not what we ordered. Please train your staff or hire more people if understaffed.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 blizzards one was tropical and it had absolutely No pineapple and No coconut or guava only ice cream and banana and the other was a Turtle pecan and it also did not have any turtle chocolates and only 2 or 3 pecans mostly only ice cream! Then i ordered a dipped cone and they handed it to me without the chocolate being hardened it was still dripping all over! I will never go back there ….Mangonandas in Weslaco is my new favorite for desserts!

Prices are high and quality is just not there. On top of that they nickel and dime you for everything, charging extra for sour cream for a taco salad. Chili Cheese dog hardly includes any chili, needed to order extra chili. Most might be happier going elsewhere for a better value for their money.
