We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Everytime I visit this location, the shake machine isn’t working. My fries were stale and my burger was cold. Service was terrible. I was asked to back up and pull forward again so I guess they could meet a quota. I would think that if I had to wait longer than usual, I would at least get fresh fries and a hot burger. I wasnt even thanked nor told to have a good day, the window was just shut in my face. Horrible experience and a waste of my money.

Every time I’ve been to this location they tell me to drive to the other side to get my food. There’s no possible way I can reach outside of my passenger window from the driver seat to get my food, that’s ridiculous. I was then told to wait in the parking lot and it would be brought to me. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before receiving food and my order still wasn’t complete

Staff isn’t friendly at ALL! She didn’t even welcome me on the speaker! It was may I take your order. I got to the window still no greeting! My order was HOT but I asked for pickles to be added to my sandwich and it wasn’t! I didn’t even get a receipt. But she did say have a nice day after she handed my bag out the window before the window was shut! If my food wasn’t HOT and the service wasn’t speedy this would’ve been a 1star for sure! I’m in management myself I believe retraining is needed for sure!!

I love Checkers. I don’t go often (maybe once every month or so), but when I do go, it is usually during my lunch break. In the past the only complaints I have had was that the staff isn’t very friendly. They make you feel like they don’t want you there. The last visit, a burger was left out of the order, and today the fries were left….. the fries! That’s the best part. Not sure if I will go back to that location.

Got to the restaurant at about 12:15am and pulled into the drive thru I was told that they were only taking mobile orders so I pull around and parked and ordered online as soon as I order three cars pull into the drive thru and all were able to order there food and received there’s before me that was very very unprofessional and I will never return to this location
