12/13/22@1017am. Was turned away from ordering by female behind the counter who said she had a huge catering order and I would need to wait for at least 10 minutes to be waited on. You had 2 visible staff members in the restaurant, one of which could have made my 1 little sandwich. You just lost a loyal customer from returning to this location. When has it ever been acceptable to have a negative tone of voice and deny service to a customer who just walked into your business. Hope she has a better day and hope she doesn’t treat all of your customers in this manner or you’ll have none left.

They were SO SLOW. Walked in and it was not very busy but somehow it took them 15 minutes to make 3 subs and 2 wraps. Subs tasted amazing like always, don’t know why it took so long to make though
