Whole heartedly I want my time out to tell you guys thank you for being my preferred Wendy’s in the area you guys are double the distance from the nearest location in the area and literally due to their poor performance and poor attitude I’d rather make the commute than endear the painstaking task of triple checking my order every time I order it and correcting them twice so thank you for being great at your job because for some people good enough is exactly that just good enough.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Went in with my wife and kiddies to get them some nuggies and what have yous. Holy mother of jesus, the Spanish women who was the manager, was yelling at two of the workers and was acting like an animal in front of paying customers. It was embarrassing. The one girl at the register was really horrible. My 4 year old son could have done a better job than her. She was clueless and was getting flustered bc the manager was screaming at her.

I went through the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo, 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. When I left, I lolked in the bag and they forgot my chicken sandwich. I had to turn back around and go in. They knew why I was coming back in. I was standing at the counter waiting, my sneakers were sticking to the floor. The floor was so sticky.

Although the staff was pleasant… there was clearly a need for additional staff. It took at least 20 minutes to get from the menu to the cashier (in the drive-thru). once I finally received my food, the fries were overcooked, my chicken sandwich was cold and my soda was flat. I definitely wasn’t eating great even late.
