Absolutely loved everything we had here. We had the Tommy Gunn plate, “The Still” burger & the Rigatoni pasta plate. The brisket was so tender & juicy & the pulled chicken was so delicious. Also, the pulled chicken wasn’t dry & the mash potatoes were made fresh. The Still Burger was just incredible & I’m typically not a big pasta person, but the flavor was 2nd to none. The presentation & service were great. I would totally come back.

4 of us were nearby and I searched Google maps for something to eat….. The Boss’ Signature popped up and I called to see if they were open. They mentioned they were open for carryout and even though we were looking for dine in we opted to just grab food from here.

My family and I went to this location for dinner. I had the steak, mashed potatoes and a side of green beans and let me tell you that I personally believe it was better than Gibsons. It was perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. The best steak I ever had, Hands down.

First time dining with them since the ownership change. Gino was very welcoming and friendly as well as our server. Food was good; we will be back to try other dishes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were charged $9 for extra tartar sauce with our meal.

We had pretzel bites as an appetizer, delicious!! My dad had the burnt ends for dinner, absolutely amazing. I had the rigatoni bolognese, chefs kiss ! The customer service is great, and the owners are awesome and sweet. If you love great food and pastas, go to The Boss’s Signature!!

The food was top notch. Brisket and pork are so good. The fries and mash potatoes could use a little improvement. Overall I highly recommend if you love BBQ food. My brother also enjoyed the burnt ends

By far my best dining experience in Bartlett so far. The food was delicious (had the Linguine Roasted Chipotle Garlic with Shrimp), and the staff and owner added another level to the experience with great service. I can’t wait to see the coming renovations and try more dishes! Highly recommend

Stopped in to experience the new menu. Great selection of entrees, appetizers, sides and desserts. Bar-b-que ribs were excellent! Bolognese sauce was just like home and Mac-n-cheese w/ pulled pork…best we’ve ever had!!! Of course homemade cheesecake was a great way to end our dining experience. I highly recommend The Boss’s Signature and will definitely go back to try other dishes on their menu. Thanks for the great dinner and friendly service!!!
