We ordered to go, we watched our food sit for 20 minutes. The manager was preparing the to go orders. She left ours completely ready and kept getting orders that were after ours because people after us kept asking about theirs. Because we did not bug them we did not get our food on time or even reasonably. Then she argued when asked about it.

Not quite sure where these negative reviews are coming from. Lots of people seem to be complaining about their experience ordering online, so maybe they should just come inside and do it themselves like other people, since this place literally JUST opened up.

Horrible. My bowl looks picked through and is missing 4 toppings. They offered me a free drink instead of a refund or remaking. Oh, and don’t get the guacamole because it’s never fresh. This location needs to step up its game big time. Good luck getting a refund if you order online. I’ve been trying for 45 minutes now.

I had heard so many good things about the food here I was excited to try it. My first attempt was to get in the drive through. Well there is no drive through. But there is a digital pick up line which I was stuck in after realizing I couldn’t order there. Seriously? No drive through! Then a week later I went with my daughter INSIDE the restaurant. Tables dirty, garbage overflowing, floor dirty. Long line. The menu is very limited and no description of what the food is. Barbacoa? Carnita? How are you supposed to order if you don’t know what is offered? Daughter wanted a quesadilla. “Sorry, adult quesadillas are only available on the app.” WHAT!? The same people making the same darn thing are right there but I can’t order it? NO SENSE! Then they said they were out of chips. I could clearly see a large box of chips. “Oh, those are” raw” chips. We haven’t had time to cook them. ” Finally got my food and it was cold. NEVER GOING BACK THERE UNLESS IT IS FREE! Do yourself a favor and avoid this poor excuse for a restaurant.

Ordering online was fine, but the notifications was not up to par. I ended up waiting in the drive through pickup with two other people ahead of me, and during that time, didn’t see anyone pop their head out of the drive through window. Ended up having to go inside, tell them how long I and two other people were waiting for, cashier had an attitude on her, as well as another coworker with her, ended up called her manager, manager was pleasant. Work ethic of the workers is terrible. Most of them look like they don’t know what they’re doing, and for the things they kinda know, they move like sloths…chipotle sloths. They don’t take initiative to help where they can to get the job done. There seems to be no team work or motivation to be better at their job, which is sad. Food was a smaller portion for double chicken, and the line was long. I literally looked at the woman who walked in and shook my head no to warn her it wasn’t worth it. This chipotle gets the most 1 star reviews and I see why. The management needs to step it up and talk to the workers about how work should be done, unless the managers don’t know either. The end.

I love Chipotle which is why leaving a negative review is so painful. This location is simply understaffed, over-worked and poorly managed. I’m here at 12:30 – lunch hour rush – and there is one person making orders for ALL the walk-in customers. Another employee is trying to complete all the drive through orders AND online orders BY HERSELF.

Ate here today for lunch, on Feb 2 on they opening day, First I must say, as I watched and look cause I pay attention to everything I was very highly Impressed To see the employees that kept washing they hands, and not with just running your hands under the water, I actually seen the soap on they hands hunni, on top of wearing Gloves after washing they hands properly, okay Chipotle babe, we are working with something❤️. Second I noticed No one was from the southern pines/ Aberdeen area was working in here. Why because the food was clean ,and fresh, and Hot done properly the correct way, and they clothes looked clean. Nice clean appearance, Babe these employees was moving, and not afraid to work at all, Everyone was so Friendly and Welcoming. The food was so delicious and Fresh, the Organic Lemonade was EXCELLENT!!!! not to sweet just right. Issa 10/10 for me, as for now!

They pretty much never have anything available. Ive gone in multiple times where they don’t have chips, chicken or rice. There was a lady in a wheel chair that couldn’t go through the line because their dining room design is horrific. Half the time the dining room is closed. At least 2 days a week they only take card and then another 2 days a week its somehow cash only. I couldn’t suggest going to this Chipotle to anyone ever. I went to the Chipotle in Fayetteville and realized just how bad this one really is. It’s burritos and bowls… its not that difficult but somehow they find a way to make it an absolute pain to deal with. Headed 1 minutes down the street to Moe’s!
