I am so disappointed I asked for extra sauce on wings and to make sure both my orders went thru and I was trying to explain what I was needing for 10 minutes it felt like to be told they just a call center I sat 20 minutes it felt like just to get thru to the store the lady that finally did answer was rude and told me she was busy and didn’t have time to be on the phone with me. I was just trying to see if both orders made it and that the wings would have extra sauce and after I said that she said so just tell me what order do I need to cancel. I NEVER said anything about canceling any order but she clearly didn’t want my business sad poor customer service skills I spend almost $50 every time I order I don’t deserve to be talk to like that at all. Now I feel forced to take my money and my business else where CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS A MUST AT THIS JOB YOU DONT HAVE IT FIND ANOTHER JOB PLEASE

I placed an online order, when I got there 30 min later, I was told they were closing the store and had no orders ready. She said I was going to get a refund, she told me it was because they he MANAGER came in very drunk and ruin r my he dough! Not only did I not get my food but I wasted my time, gas, and still haven’t received a refund!!

Placed an order and it was never delivered. When I tried to call, it transferred me to customer service becuase the store was not accepting calls. This is not the first time this store has taken my money without product. Employee claimed they couldn’t do a “credit” but said he’d call manager next day and call me back. Of course never called back. Wish I could give zero stars

I love Pizza Hut, but they refuse to honor advertising. They will not give you the $10.99 Tastemaker, they will not give you the 2+ mediums for $6.99 each, and they will not honor any other offers on their website or commercials. So I switched to Domino’s on Brandt.

If I could put 0 stars I would second time this week I’ve not been able to get food from this location u try to order delivery says store is closed called at 9pm tonight carryout order says it will be ready for pick up in 20 min get to the store it’s locked note on door says they are closed so my advice would be close it fr or fire all employees and get a manager like the one at burkart location and start fresh

I had a big order of 6 pizzas today. My pick up time was 2:00 pm. Even though they were about 30 min behind schedule, the manager on shift (lady) and her only crew member (man) were quick to get my order completed. With it only being two people in the store, they were amazing. The manager kept apologizing and I told her and her only crew member that it’s completely understandable and that they were doing an amazing job. Not just with my order but with keeping up with others. Right now the industry is struggling but they managed to push through today.

Worst pizza place ever. Ordered at 10 and the store closes at 11, the pizza never came. They tried saying that it wasn’t deliver, but I paid delivery charge. Call back and no answer multiple times. Now I have just wasted money and still hungry
