Don’t even deserve 1 star. Today 2-18-23 my family and I went in around 2:00 and whoever the guy manager is with tattoos should NOT have a manager position. We walked in and there was 1 lady waiting for her food and 2 cars MAYBE 3 in the drive thru and very rudely he comes storming to the counter shouting “we only have 3 people today and there’s cars in the drive thru so it’s definitely gonna be a wait!” My father simply asked how long? And the dude yells and says ” 10 minutes or so” and my father again jokingly said “no problem at all do I get a free sandwich for the wait?” Joking. And then the manager flipped and threw whatever was in his hand at the wall and yelled louder and said “NO! NOW YOUR DEFINITELY GOING TO F@”&ing wait!” Now I had my 6 year old son with who started crying because the man scared him, and my 7 year old daughter. Are you kidding me? That’s who’s managing the store? No wonder you only have 3 people. I’m sorry but that was straight up uncalled for today and we will NEVER be back. Even the people behind us walked out after that shaking there heads.

I go in to order my food and a young man is taking my order. He has no clue how to do a coupon. He calls over a woman named Bella to help. She totally belittles this kid in front of me. I see the cook in the back eating fries. Another worker is in the back dancing. A drive up places an order which you can hear. The fry eating cook makes a rude comment on his order. Not going back. The place is a sh&t show.

Had the brisket sandwich. It was so very good. Perfect amount of meat with onion straws, cheese, and bbq sauce. I also had the curly fries which I love. It had been awhile since I had been to Arby’s and I will go again. I will also add the service was very good and the order was as requested. I m giving only 3 stars as Arby’s is 2 star food but this experience was exceptional.

We are in the area, so we frequent this Arby’s , and its been hit and miss,but normally great. Today was a particular let down. They had a guy at the window, who had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I asked him three times if he remembered what i had ordered because he seemed totally preoccupied with anything but doing his job. got back out into the country where i work , gave everyone their food. Not a single one was correct. No sauces even after asking him three times. Becky , does an incredible job managing this store, but the help is steadily going down hill, as far as attitude and skill are concerned.I’ve spent a serious amount of money at this particular location, but it will be awhile before I do again.
