Went for a take out couple pizza monkey bread wings came up to over 50 don’t mind so much on price cuz the food taste great I have this travel mug from godfather’s it is a 32 oz mug that says right on it . 99 cent refills when I ask for a refill she say 2.49 I say excuse me she says again 2.49 I said since when I says right on my cup .99 cents she said ever since I been here last summer it has been 2.49 I said I’m and the room mate head out with pizza get home and the parchment paper is stuck to my pizza and all the toppings go with it so I call God Father’s and tell them what happen there like too bad manger is out will get your number and have management call you back I said great 406 he said wait I have to get paper he said ok I said 406 he said what 507 ok I am mad now and said look I called the order in you have my number call me back by this time I am so frustrated I have not herd one word from a godfather’s Manager or owner very disappointed won’t be back for awhile let alone recommed to anyone could of and should of handle way different and how about some shift leads that know what they are doing let alone sitting in back gabinh with Co workers very disappointed

Update: Got a call from corporate- very friendly and although this was still a very frustrating situation, Lori was very sweet and apologetic. We figured out the issue, which was on their end (she admitted). I appreciated the phone call and resolving our issue. We will give Albert Godfathers another chance!

Well… we called in our order at 3:30pm on a Sunday to eat in. The person on the phone told us we couldn’t do a half and half pizza so that was disappointing. I ordered a super combo with black olives on only half. When we got there he (the person who took the order) had a regular combo + extra black olives on half. So I explained what I had ordered, he fixed it in the computer. When we got it, it was the original order. OK…. not a big deal I guess except I paid for the more Expensive one. The cook who was also the waiter was very nice, gave me back my money for what I over paid. The pizza was good, but they are VERY expensive. The place was kind of a mess also. Needed more help on.

Godfather’s advertises a lunch deal for a mini pizza and drink for $6, but they don’t advertise it’s a half hour wait. Thought I’d give them another chance after a two hour pizza wait another time but I’m regretting that now having wasted half my lunch break. Also, I’ve never had a taco pizza that doesn’t have chips on it. My mini taco pizza had lettuce and giant tomato slices on it and was hard to eat. I’ve talked to several people who have expected chips and don’t get them. I hope they can improve their efficiency and staff because the food is good.

Told the pizza would be done in 20 minutes, when arrived to pick it up; I was told they made it wrong and it would be 8 minutes longer. I went in 10 minutes later and was told to wait another 8 minutes, with no apology. My husband went in and was verbally abused by being called a prick and a dumbass. Still no pizza! The only other people in the place was a couple who also was upset about not being able to obtain a pizza. After calling the manager she stated that we would get complimentary buffets then recanted her statement by saying she had to investigate the situation, not wanting to take the customers word over her employees. Still no Pizza! We ordered at 8 it is now 9:15 and we are still hungry. I will not be giving Godfather’s pizza any of my hard earned money again to be ripped off, belittled, and hungry ever again! They lost a customer for life!

Unfortune that the staff can’t keep up. Ordered online, showed up when told to. Arrive and there are 4 orders ahead waiting to go in the oven. No apologies, just stuck waiting. Then told what I ordered for crust was out after waiting another 30 minutes. They just need to not allow online ordering and keep track of tickets. Also have more than 4 staff on for a Friday night.

It Was horrible! We ordered cheese bread 2 pizzas and monkey bread. They have coke products but no mellow yellow. Took quite awhile to get our cheese bread the cheese bread was good. Then we waited awhile our first pizza came out half cheese half pepperoni. It was ok. Awhile later our second pizza came pepperoni. And it was gross vary undercooked and was soaked in grease. It tasted horrible… Then we waited and waited and waited. We were there well over an hour when we finally when up and asked for the monkey bread. To witch we received “really they are done eating already”. About ten minutes later it was finally done..

I normally order from Godfathers and are pretty happy. However today the gal working there at 5 pm was horrible when it came to customer service. I ordered gave my Visa number and she simply said BYE. I quickly said wait DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG WILL IT BE. She shouted back NO I DO NOT. WE ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVER. and hung up. Service was horrible. We ordered the buffet. There was never pizza up there and they kept making small pizzas. Lots of people came in ordering the buffet. It was a Saturday and noon! There were 2 people working. The corn on the buffet was dried out. Mac n cheese had obviously been sitting there for awhile

2-15-19. So I called into order a delivery taco pizza. The girl I spoke to couldnt get my phone # I repeated it about 6 times. She got my order & said it will get their when it gets their. I asked her what that was to mean! She said she couldn’t give out a time for delivery I’am like are you kidding me she said just a minute came back on line said it would be 2 hours. So I canceled my order we’ve had other issues with them But. Thought I’d try again. God Fathers has always been my best choice but here in Albert Lea not so!!! Will be eating some where else from now on!!!! Pretty sad!!!!
