The gentleman that was at the window getting our drinks was an absolute delight! Very polite asking how both me and my client’s day is and asked my client his name. I don’t know his name but he was also representing breast cancer awareness month with his pink fingernails!! I love it!! You need more employees like this young man!!!

Today, 12/7, at 09:15 was the best experience I’ve had at this location. The drive up didn’t ask if I wanted to add food (I don’t, I want coffee, that’s why I came to a coffee shop) and the window gal was kind and conversational. AND my Chai Latte was actually hot. Not warm. Today was a 5/5 at this location.

My iced coffee is delicious as usual and I just would like to add, Great job to the young lady working there all by herself during a busy time…May 22, 2019 between 5 and 5:30 p.m. cars lined up in the drive thru but she was pleasant, friendly and did not seemed overwhelmed.
