The “regular” size fries are about 4 dollars, not sure if they were running low or very cheap with their quantity. I opened the box and honestly started laughing in disappointment because of the amount of fries they gave me. Another person opened it as well and I seen her shaking her head and laughing as well. $4 for these fries? You’re kidding! Also, the line is always empty, I can start to see why. $14 total for this weird meal that didn’t even come with a drink. Last time coming here, I’ll be at Chic Fil A.

Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you prefer eating actual food. I recently got food with bacon on it here and the bacon is clearly artificial and tastes like straight up chemicals. Couldn’t even eat it. I sent an email in through their website about it and requested a response and they couldn’t be bothered to respond. No one expects gourmet food from a food court but having it be edible should be a requirement.

I wasn’t here but I’m living through the eyes of a friend right now. upon the pictures I’ve received you can just tell that the bussin’ bussin’ of this food radiates the senses of a mouth watering and savory delicacy that is brought to you by charleys cheesesteaks at the Burlington mall food court. First time here and probably won’t be visiting again. Tried they’re new Kentucky burbon cheesesteak, i thought it would be a good sub but not so much seems like frozen steak’um steak meat with just half melted shredded cheese with burbon sauce everywhere. Overall presentation was “sub”par as well as the taste.

I got a medium cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mushrooms(with jalapeños and banana peppers for free) for like 10 bucks. They make it on the spot the same way Papa Gino’s and other well known restaurants make it, and it has always been good everytime I purchase it. I wouldn’t get the fries just based on the price, but if you stick with just a cheesesteak or chicken sub the prices are actually really good for the amount of food you get. Only reason for 4 stars is because the service is not the best, but it is fast food, so you aren’t paying for service(nobody expects mcdonalds to get your order right everytime).

This was my first visit here and I must say the staff are friendly and the service was very efficient. This was also my first taste of a philly cheesesteak.The food is prepared in full view so you can see what you are getting. The food was amazingly good and I will most definitely return. Wish there was a branch closer to me though.

Absolutely awful. I ordered pick up. And went so to the cashier to say hey I have a pick up. He borderline ignored me. I said I have a pick up. He said I would ask the girl next to him. I kinda just stared I. Disbelief. The order was behind him. He said I can ask her and then took the next customer in line. I work at another store in the mall. That was absolutely ridiculous.
