This was our first visit and it will NOT be our last. Staff is lovely and helpful. Lots of choices for sandwiches , soups or salads. They also have egg salad, a variety of green salads and a turkey club on the menu, for the non chicken salad lover you may have dragged in with you. Everything is freshly made each morning and it shows in both presentation and flavor! There are lots of super healthy and fresh choices. You can ask for a sample of any of the chicken salad flavors before you decide. For a meal you get a sandwich, one side and a yummy frosted sugar cookie. Drink is extra. We got a free cup for ice water and they had fresh lemons at the drink station which was a nice touch! They have yummy soup which you can get as a side. Other sides are Mac ‘n cheese, fruit salad ( fresh strawberries, grapes and blueberries), Greek pasta salad, broccoli salad, side spinach or tossed salad. You may choose white, wheat or a croissant for your bread. Toasted or not. There is a “to go” case by the order counter where you can get all salads prepacked or by the pound. They also have a drive thru for a real quick- chick fix! Lol.

Excellent service. The manager greeted my mom and I as we walked in to the restaurant. She was also song table touches and was extremely friendly. All of the associates provided exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. My favorite is the sassy scotty. My mom tried the strawberry salad and she said it was devine. I also really enjoyed the broccoli salad.

Just WOW on this amazing Chicken Salads of all sorts… we had the Lemon Basil and Buffalo Style chick/salad on a croissant…it came with pickle, one choice side and a cookie …drink is additional…our cashier was very helpful and explained to us the ins and outs of it all… you have the choice to : 1.grab and go in containers, 2. call in orders, 3. dine in, 4. drive thru, 5. order online, or have pkUp 6. DoorDash… there is a bar code on your receipt that you can take a picture with your phone to take a quick survey…look at my pics to pull up a menu or use their app… lots to see and choose from… you can also have a chicken salad /salad… with a scoop on a bed of spring salad mix… or choose a sandwich on croissants, white or wheat bread toasted… they also offer soup of the day… place is very open and has plenty of seating … they have choices of coke products, Minute Maid pink and reg lemonade or sweet tea … well worth stopping by… Hope you all have a great yummy experience as we did today… bathrooms are one stall but clean… The SmithClan

I came in on 6/26, about 1/2 way through my meal I noticed hair in my food, I called with no answer! Called the next day and the manager Lisa told me to bring my receipt for a free meal or refund! I took my receipt on 6/29 at my earliest convenience & was told I was unable to be refund because I paid cash & time per the company policy which she couldn’t show me! Disgusting!

Tried two different chicken salads from them today. Let’s start with the sassy Scotty, I believe that’s what it’s named. It was good. The perfect amount of cheese and bacon in the chicken salad and I tried it on a croissant which was flaky and soft. The second scoop I tried was the fruity Fran. I’m normally not a big fruit in my chicken salad person but the apples, grapes and pineapple made this chicken salad so flavorful. It’s a little pricey but well worth it.

The food is amazing. Best Chicken salad I have ever eaten. All flavors are really good. However my faves are Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and the Buffalo Barclay. On this particular day they were training several new people at once. My heart went out to them, because the managers look frustrated and stressed even though though were being very polite and smiling you could see they were tired. This was during the lunch rush. They got our order wrong, but they gave us the wrong order for free and then corrected the order. I love these people and there food. Everyone there has southern hospitality and I could eat there food everyday. Thank you Chicken Salad Chick for your business.

Service at the counter was polite and moved quickly. Service delivery to the table was very friendly neat and quick. Only down side was the Egg salad, it lacked like taste of egg salad, it wasn’t enjoyable.
