Lunch was excellent yesterday! Thank you for the delicious meal and great service on our first visit to The Black Olive- Elizabethton. My wife had Shrimp Scampi, my son had Chicken Parmigiana, and I had a Parmigiana Sub with Chicken. Everything was DELICIOUS! I highly recommended The Black Olive if you find yourself in that part of Tennessee.We were up for the day from our home near Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and we were truly impressed.

Absolutely delicious food! I have had many things from the menu. The spicy shrimp and chicken pasta is by far my favorite but everything else that we’ve ordered was delicious. Great appetizers, the black olive salad is amazing (All of the salads are amazing) and all of the food seems fresh, very well put together and delicious. Everything was even amazing reheated. I generally get takeout for the family but the indoor atmosphere seems nice. If I go indoors to do take out, the staff is always very friendly and the online ordering is very easy.

Super nice and knowledgeable employees. The pizza and Greek salad was amazing. The pizza crust was soft and just right. Loved the sauce and lots of cheese. Salad had just the right amount of ingredients and the dressing was the bomb. It was a great dinner all the way around. I will be back. Great job, bravo!

Waiter wasn’t great but the food was! We aren’t from the area but visit a few times a year to thrift shop. Second time at this restaurant & someone suggested the pizza. We ordered a supreme and it was very good trust me, I’m from Chicago! I mean, it wasn’t a Chicago pizza, but I’d definitely order it again! We will be back!

Let me start off by saying how genuinely NICE the staff is, they’re always very sweet every time I walk in. It doesn’t take long to get seated, usually get a table as soon as you walk in. I’ve been to this location quite a few times ( I might be a little obsessed with the spaghetti, garlic knots & house salad ) I crave it everyday. BUT speaking of the food, it’s so good. The spaghetti is my personal favorite, the wait time for the wood usually is around 10-15 minutes I would say for what I usually get, it could vary depending on how much/what you order.
