We waited in line 30 minutes on a weekday and then another 30 to get our food and there were not enough chairs to sit anywhere. They need to hire 3 more cashiers and order more chairs. Bathroom was out of toilet paper. Trash was completely overflowing.

Burgers tasted solid, fries were slightly undercooked but were definitely still edible & tasted good. As other reviews complain it’s just not that clean. It was also extremely quiet in there when we showed up which may have contributed to the seemingly out of place good service.

Food was good but please clean your restaurant! Other reviews clearly say the same thing. Regardless of whether or not it is just peanut shells, go around sweeping every hour or so. It’s not that hard.

The people who are complaining about the peanut shells on the floor are a bit soft. The food was great. Honestly top 3 five guys quality I’ve had. Fries slapped. Wish I didn’t have such a lactose intolerance because the shakes looked fire.

On Monday 2/20/2023 i took my 1 year old daughter here. She had a few sips of a milk shake from 5 guys. She got food poisoning from that. Along with her father whose milk shake it was. They both are extremely sick. I do not recommend this horrible filthy location. You will get food poisoning

The fries were awesome but the burger was a bit sloppy 🙁 it was so difficult to eat the burger without making a mess. Apparently the bun was wet and it was difficult to take a proper bite.
