This is my favorite place to dine in the mall. Good is always consistently great. The popovers with strawberry butter and consume is a fantastic start! The manager Garret is so warm and friendly! Ask for Ron or Benjamin’s section! They never disappoint! It’s my go to every time we are at the mall!

The coffee was good but the staff were stressed and taking it out on certain guests and not others. Some guest were asked “how was the presentation” (referring to her sandwich) while other guests were ignored while waiting to be seated (me) and even reprimanded for not reading the wait to be seated sign(another lady). Someone from the kitchen kindly seated me because the waiter was too busy to do so. The vibes were very off and I will not be back due to the stratification of service based on what? I can only guess. The staff treated my husband and I like inconveniences while the other patrons were doted on. As a Native American woman I’m used to it and I know racism when I experience it.

We had a wonderful lunch today! Benjamin was great! Personable and attentive! His recommendation of the tuna melt was spot on! Thank you for a great early Mother’s Day lunch! Oh! And the little mother day cookie at the end was so thoughtful!

I had the most pleasant experience here the other day. Joseph was such a wonderful server. He was one of the nicest people I’ve had wait on me. The food is amazing. I absolutely love the popovers and the lobster club. I will definitely be back!!
