Went through drive through. Ordered 2 teas, 2 chicken sandwiches, and 2 biscuits. I looked in bag. Biscuits weren’t there. Mentioned it lady said no there in the bag. They were not and my buddy paid for them but he doesn’t like conflict. So no biscuits. Sandwiches were cold and covered in grease. They might have been better if hot. Plus mayo stopped everywhere. Pretty bad experience.

Ghost pepper wings are a scam, not hot at all. Decent flavor though. We made the mistake of driving off before checking the bag and noticed that the didn’t give us our biscuits. But had we not been harassed by folks selling popcorn while we waited for our food we probably would have noticed the lite bag. The popcorn was better than the wings!

Listen, I give businesses multiple chances before leaving a review, especially a negative one, yet here we are. I have waited probably a span of 2 hours of my life over 4 visits for orders with no one else around. I have waited at drive thru multiple times, only to drive off out of frustration. Some staff members are not just high on life, but high, smoking joints, scratching, etc. I love Popeyes. I go back just for the food only to regret it EVERYTIME! Save your time and money, Chick-fil-a is down the street

Definitely the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Staff were inattentive and scruffy, almost to the point of unclean, no management whatsoever, the young girl who seemed to be in charge was facetiming her kid on the phonecthe whole tome I was there, which was considerable…never saw any gloves, even though they were both wiping sweat from their foreheads. Just not a pleasant experience at all.

I was the only one in the restaurant, there were 2 cars in the drivethru yet it took them around 10 minutes to even take my order… I was standing there as they talked to each other and the person in the drive through without them saying a single word to me for that long. Not sure what the heck would take that long if there was no one else in the restaurant but ok. Even after ordering, they took about 15 minutes to get my food to me. Somehow, it was even cold… which I don’t understand why it took so long then.

I have never had blackened fried chicken before. It sure was an expensive first time. It was so burnt even the dogs wouldn’t eat it. Took over an hour to even get the order. The delivery driver stopped by twice and it still wasn’t ready. I guess that’s because the chicken wasn’t burnt enough. The shining light was the biscuits. The red beans and rice flavor was there but the rice was the one that needed more time in the steamer. Crispy rice ain’t it y’all. The mash potatoes were passable so no complaints there.

Do not go. Unless you want to sit in line for 20 minutes to get a $5 chicken sandwich that literally had no chicken. The chicken sandwich was just over cooked breading, there was a small sliver over cooked chicken in the middle but other than that just breading. Waste of money and time.
