Dear Sonic Dunlap, first of all let me say to the employees that were working at 2:30pm today, thank you for being at work. Now, I don’t understand when I order on line & literally tell you how I want burgers & drinks, how you can screw that up to the extent that you did today. We ordered 4 burgers & not a single one was even remotely close!!! . Also while I was there I watched at least 5 cars eventually leave without ordering because they would pull into stalls that were out of order. Why can you guys not put up a chain or a sign on the outside of the stall instead of one that you can’t see until you pull in? This is soooo frustrating & I can assure you that it is costing you business. Fingers crossed that the management at this store will get things together soon!!!!!!!!

Although the service was good, the food was awful. The greasy smell coming from the fries was repugnant. I can still smell it in my truck and on my fingers even after washing them.. The oil they used is clearly old. The burger was also nasty. The lettuce was wilted, and the taste was off. Very disappointed because I limit junk food but am a burger and fries fanatic. Was really looking forward to a good meal.

I visited twice last weekend. In the first visit we had a very large order for 8 people. It did take a while for the staff to prepare the order, as might be expected. It was quite a busy night and there were only a few people on staff. I heard people in cars around us complaining about the wait. The car next to us even left before receiving their order which, as it was brought out right after they left, looked quite large as well. Our order was missing two sandwiches which wasn’t ideal but, again, it was a large order and they were very busy. Despite what was clearly a stressful night, Hollee was all smiles and very polite when she came to the car to deliver our order.
