The service was not good. We went inside to order to-go. We waited several minutes at the register before even being acknowledged by the three people standing by the drive thru window. I’m not sure what they were doing except moving the drinks and food around that was sitting there. After finally being able to order, we waited about 20 minutes for our food. The people in back getting the food ready were quick with filling orders, but our food along with multiple other orders just sat there for at least ten minutes before we finally were given our food.

Did not supply the product I paid for. Ordered two sandwich’s and some cheese sticks. Arrived at home 15 miles later to realize I was missing a sandwich. Then questioned if I was really missing something when I called. I guess that’s the way to make more money. Charge people for something and then not give it to them.

We ordered in the drive throu, but parked to eat. Our car wouldn’t start afterwards, my mom went in & a staff came out with her & he used his truck to jump our vehicle. The staff was so friendly & took his time when the jump didn’t immediately work. Thank you you saved me from missing an appointment that could’ve been rescheduled! You were a life saver! This employee went above & beyond with the customer service!
