Stopped later in the evening and usually people just want to go home and have a so so attitude. They young rockstar at the counter Tamia made sure to have a smile and super friendly. Even when presenting our food she brought the fun and made us all smile. We can see this young leader going far in life. Thank you for your great attitude.

We’ve visited this location a few times, we’ve always gotten friendly service and the food/ice cream was good. Not today. The kid acted like he was being forced into being there. We weren’t greeted, thanked or anything. No napkins were given and the food tasted horrible. We sat and waited for way too long for the quality of food. We will never go to this location again.

Hello! I wanted to give a shout to this location. I think they are super nice each time I go and they always give my dogs a little treat too! I had a problem with being charged for another car’s order and the issue was taken care of promptly with no headache. I had an issue at a local McD’s where I got a wrong order and it was a complete and utter headache for a refund! The food is always timely and it is just an easy experience. Thanks!

The lady at the window had us pull up to the front of the store so we can wait on our food and I did that for her but unfortunately they forgot to bring the food out and I waited for almost 30 min until I walked in to find that they had it ready and just didn’t bring it out. On top of that I asked for no whip cream on my shake and they still added some. I’m disappointed in the customer service and satisfaction.

Busy place if you go thru drive thru BUT we didn’t. We went inside and there was no one in line at counter. And maybe 3 tables that were full. We grabbed ice cream cake went up to counter to pay for it and got no service, no recognition but was glanced at. Had to wait which was ridiculous since we were the only ones at counter. Finally got waited on with an additude. Then ordered a cone and got a number to wait on that. Finally got cone and it was starting to melt. WOW JUST WOW.

I just purchased a banana split and for 5.29x I barely got ice cream, may one scoop about a half inchat the bottom of the tray, under the banana, the banana was over-ripe, almost black, 2 pieces of strawberry that was almost too ripe, I got 2 pineapple pieces and enough chocolate to cover the bottom of the tray, some whip cream. I was thoroughly disappointed . We will probably go elsewhere from now on.this is my treat for the week and I was sadly disappointed

So it’s that thing where I decided to go in because the drive thru was packed! What ends up happening I’d they TAKE COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF ME! They most definitely take the food meant for my order and give it to people in the drive thru that came long after I did!!! I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for 3 blizzards and the 1 time they open the window it’s to ask if they got the order right, they were both maybe 16-18 years old and I watched one just sit on the table as there’s a lady that was sitting in line for 7 minutes. They were rude and they should be in trouble for it. 1/10
