Should have paid attention to the reviews. Ordered two pizzas and selected the curbside pickup. Hit the “I’m here” button when I received the notification that the pizza was ready for pick up. I had just parked out front. After waiting, went inside to see what was going on. Guy at the front ignored me for a minute before acknowledging that I was there. Come to find out the pizza wasn’t ready and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. I stepped to the side to joint the group of people who apparently were in the same situation. No apologies from the guy, no attempts to make things right. He just kept working and tried to avoid eye contact with the growing crowd in the lobby. Best of luck to future customers. I won’t be using this location again.

Waited for an online pick up order for an hour. Went in my $100+ order was sitting there cold and when I talked to the manager he said there was nothing he could do and gave us a # for a manager who didn’t answer. We got home and all pizzas were burned! On my way back Very upset with this visit. Very under staffed. Usually service and food is good. Today, not so much! Not happy at all.

I placed an order on 4/28/23. Friday is pizza night and we usually order enough to have snacks on the weekend. I haven’t received my whole order. The cheese sticks were missing, I called right away and was told they would be sent back out. Never happened. After 45 minutes of waiting for the correction, I called again to only be hung up on. The 4 additional calls I made where never answered. This is the first time I did delivery from this store. Looks like we will be going back to Papa John’s.

Walked in for a Togo order…. Some guy in the front didn’t even acknowledge we walked in. there was no “hey sir how you doing this evening, what brings you in?” Or “hello sir, how can I help you?” Or “thank you from choosing Pizza Hut I know there are tons of options and you still chose us”. Somebody walked from the back and helped us. I’ve been going to this particular location since I was 12 yrs old. Very sad this place has turned into a dump.

Juan tabo and mountain location SUCKS the pizza is trash the bread sticks ..are some kinda crappie pita bread BS THE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGER IS REAL PIECE OF WORK . there delivery driver wasn’t very happy happy about 10 minutes for an extra 5 dollar tip…. my suggestion is FIND A NEW PIZZA PLACE!!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever had. Had multiple occasions that they said they couldn’t meet the time and were going to take over a hour for delivery. Also have has been harassed by the night manager when I asked to cancel with over 5 calls after I asked to stop calling. Then I Pulled up to resolve the situation and was threatened to be jumped by two employees,…NEVER GOING BACK. And feel like I should press charges.
