The FISH TACOS ARE a MUST. The fish was soft, and the other toppings were a good mixture. The burger was AVERAGE. If it was just based on food, I would give it a 4. However, customer service was minimal, meaning all they did was give me my food. Brings it down to a 3.

Good and service was horrible. I asked for a fish and chips. I had ask if I could get extra fish and that I did not want French fries. He told me that I would have to order a 2 order of the fish. He suggested that if I get a fish platter that I would get more fish. So I ordered it. When I got my food there was one piece of fish 3 pieces of shrimp and some clams that was dried out and cooked dark colored brown. I felt that the customer service was bad. They did not try to ammodate me and to make me happy. I did not want to order anything else I felt that would be bad also since they told me the first thing I order would come out the same if they did it over. Is that really going to make me come back to your restaurant? I don’t think so! Customer service is going above and beyond to satisfied the customer where they are going to want to come back

The bouncer was very rude and yelled at me and my friends on a Saturday night. He first yelled at us because some of my friends were walking into the outdoor seating area through big gaps between the barriers. Instead of telling us to enter through the front door (like a normal service staff would do), he was angry and yelling at us. He doesn’t have to provide high quality service, but there was absolutely no reason to yell at us like that (unless because we are Asian?? I would hope that’s not the case).. We tried to talk to the manager that night, but she was very rude too. I had been to this restaurant once before, the food and service were really average. We went there only because it was close to the restaurant we had dinner earlier. Will never go back to this place.
