Welcome to Black Honey Hashery; nestled alongside the Fox River State Recreational Trail on Honey Court in East De Pere. Some time ago, circa 1960, a Honey House stood in this very location. In 2017 we set out to revitalize our little spot at 1104 Honey Court, bringing to life our dream of a Brunch Restaurant/Coffee House hybrid. Lunch for breakfast OR breakfast for lunch, we like to call it “Brunch All Day”. Dine-In or Drive-Thru & if the weather is nice the outdoor patio will be open. From our kitchen to your plate, no rush, only tasty home cooking. Bring your friends, bring your family, kids are awesome!

Really amazing food and really amazing service. The food was some of the best breakfast/brunch food and all of the staff were awesome. The restraunt was nice and clean as well. I would recommend stopping if you are in the area or if you are looking for a really good breakfast/brunch spot.

Friday bunch, and the place looked busy, but I got a table right away. The coffee was fresh, and they offered lattes, espresso, etc. Had the country fried steak and eggs, which is homemade and panko breaded. I can’t express how tender the steak was! Eggs were prefect over easy, and if you have never stopped, this is a must.

This place was better than expected! We were told there’d be a 20-minute wait on a Saturday morning about an hour before closing, and ended up being sat in about 10 minutes. I love the style of the restaurant; it looks like an old garage that’s been repurposed, redesigned and beautifully decorated into a fun mix of antique/modern decor with a fun, lively ambience. The server was great, and said “have the best day ever” multiple times; she was so sweet!!! My daughter wanted not just one but two berry smoothies, the french toast was amazing, and they added strawberries and whipped cream by request, and I had a chorizo omelet special that was to die for; just the right amount of spice. They also have a lot of fun coffee flavors, like pistachio, which I had to try and it was super enjoyable – it was so creamy and rich that it lasted me the entire meal. I also love all of the antiques that the restaurant added for decor, like old game boards on the wall, buttons, dispensers, birdhouses, etc. sprinkled throughout the restaurant in/out. It’s also right on the Fox River Bike Trail, so would be a great pitstop for a delicious meal!

High quality food that’s worth the wait. Some of the best brunch I’ve had anywhere. Try the corned beef hash or the eggs Benedict—look at the lunch menu for the somewhat secret “Breakfast Sandwich”, which is to die for.

The BEST brunch place, especially on a cold winter day! Boyfriend and I came on a Sunday morning and the place was packed, however waitstaff was super quick and friendly. We were seated next to one of many large windows that let in lots of light and kept us toasty, I almost forgot it was 15 degrees outside 🙂 He ordered eggs & bacon with gluten free toast. (However – the menu didnt signify any gf items at all) I had a perfect caprese omelette with potatoes. Food and coffee was incredible and it’s well worth the wait for a seat. 10/10

The atmosphere was nice and the food was tasty. Coffee was great. Staff was overall accommodating. We had to wait 20 min for a table, which was understandable. But then 30 min. for the food. Seemed a little cold so was probably sitting a while. However, we get that restaurant staff are hard workers and do their best. Plus, we had time so it was fine.

This place is fantastic and always busy. I live close by so I call ahead and pick up my food in the drive through and take it to go. They get busy enough that they can’t handle phone orders at times. It’s good!

Enjoyed lunch and friendly service again. Sadly, the lettuce wraps are no longer on the menu. However the smash burger more than made up for it! Was a bit disappointed in the pasta salad side; tomatoes were not ripe or very good. Could have skipped it.

The food was very good and more than enough. They were very full. The coffee was excellent. And the atmosphere is very quaint and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. It is right along the bike trail so you could bike and stop for lunch or breakfast.

Nice place with a lovely patio, that’s right off the trail. (Saw lots of people bike off the trail and come in for breakfast). Coffee and pancakes were good. Can get busy, but our server was handling it well.
