✨ 08/31/2023 ✨ — Don’t be fooled by my photo(s), which might not look like much: As far as I’m concerned, SONIC Drive-In is one of my top go-to fast-food joints for yumsome (you read correctly) burgers and such — in fact, for no particular reason other than convenience — this is the only one of three locations in Washoe county that I patronize… Pretty tasty food of decent variety (to be candid, the Grilled Cheese Burgers could be prepped with more love), served hot & fresh when brought out to me (usually within 5 mins. after placing my order via the easy-to-use app), and you really can’t go wrong with their slushes, either, especially during the summer months… Bonus points for daily Happy Hour on all drinks, too!

Three stars cuz service was very friendly and quick. It woulda been more stars but we got back to our hotel and there was no honey mustard for the popcorn chicken that we ordered. No ketchup for the tots. No marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. And the bbq popcorn chicken had hardly any sauce on it. Details matter and y’all did not do a good job

Chuck and the crew are amazing! Super nice employees all the way around! Unfortunately, the burgers don’t ever really settle well with me. The lettuce is always pale and wilty/mushy, and the tomatoes are kinda the same. Also…I ordered a chicken slider once and the chicken was so over-cooked that it was like chewing on rawhide, so I’ve stayed away from those since. If they had crispier, fresher produce, I would definitely give this location 4 or 5 stars.

Waited 45 minutes in line to get home to found out the meal we paid for wasn’t even the food we paid for. Called spoke to Leah who claimed to be the manager and was very rude and sarcastic stating she couldn’t do anything without a receipt and call cooperate, which the man who gave us our food didn’t give us one. All we wanted was the food we ordered.

This newer place started off great when it opened… unfortunately, seems the last few times i’ve been there, it’s not been very clean. Greasy windows etc. If you can’t wash your windows, how clean is your kitchen? Plus, the main reason I go there is for my favorite Cherry Lime-aide splurge. The last 2 times I got this, it has tasted like it had chlorine or tap-water in it?? Just a bummer. Hope they can get their act together.

I like it here they have a place if you are like me to dine in, and there food is quite good. To dine in might be for the warmer time of the year where is like a garage with sitting, but in a good way. Also it does have a restroom too that is not lock in the dining small building.

I’ve always enjoyed Sonic’s food. Service and customizations can really be hit and miss at this location. If your order comes out correctly then it’s wonderful. I’ve had several issues go unresolved so I don’t even bother contacting the store anymore. Eat at your own risk.

Slowest drive through experience ever at any Sonic. Horrible. My receipt shows I sat in the drive thru line for 16 mins from when I ordered to when I was handed my food.

Got my order wrong. My burger was soaked in grease it was inedible. Even the bun, top and and bottom was soggy and BLACK from the amount of grease. There was a hair in my drink also. I go here a lot for lunch and it’s only gotten worse. I can tell the food coming out is bad because it’s not cleaned regularly. I will not be going here anymore. Too many chances given and today was their last.
