New to Beverly, tried their pizza-soggy & not thoroughly cooked TWICE! Then tried a steak bomb-so chewy not worth struggling with to eat! Last chance was a cold sub-$13 large Italian-roll so old & dry…..really no cold cuts in it! Three strikes you’re OUT!

I love this place! They have amazing eggplant parm calzones and subs, good cold sandwiches, good onion rings and fries, and great prices! The small onion ring (pictured) was $2.50. Sub is $5.00 and over 12″ long. Would recommend. Their pizza is very cheesy, ask for light cheese or do what I do and bring it home, put foil below and toast separated pieces on 350 for a few, the excess cheese falls off and the base hardens a bit. Good with stuffed crust.

Do don’t eat here!!!!!!!! First off the owner or manger who works the front is very rude. Order a simple pizza with pepperoni, pepper, mushroom and extra cheese. it was obvious that the person wasn’t listening. Even repeating the order to him a few times he still didn’t get it right. It took 30 minutes to receive the pizza when we ordered right in shop. Yes when he apologized for the wait but he was just few of excuses. Got home and the first bit was cold as hell I live less than a half a mile away. It shouldn’t be that cold, but what I found on my pizza was a lot worst. My mother can not eat onions and there were onions on my pizza no pepper. I called to ask for front to do something for my order. I wanted a refund for getting the pizza cause I wasn’t will to wait another 30-35 for another pizza. The guy told he could but he needed the pizza we took bites out of back! Buddy in the food business you aren’t allow to take food back once it leaves your establishment you can’t take food back! I don’t complain about food places but this blew my mind. Wouldn’t even give back my money! Good luck people! We are done with this pizza place!

SCAM! Ordered two pizza special for $19.98. The price came to almost $25! I asked how that could be. They showed that the normal price for a pizza was $13.00 and that $4.00 was taken off for the coupon. 13 + 13 – 4 does not equal 20. They claimed that it was the tax that made it that high. We used to go to this place almost every week. New ownership is horrible. There was another price discrepancy a few months back, so we stayed away for awhile and came back to this. Don’t scam your regulars. Never again.

Ordered two large cheese pizzas a few days ago. The pizzas arrived hot and quickly. The delivery guy was friendly and polite. The pizzas were amazing, with lots of cheese and a nice, tasty crust! This will definitely be my go to place!

I love this place. I eat here at least twice a month. It’s reliable consistent and delicious. The food is made quickly and with care. The man who Answers the phone is always pleasant and everyone there is masked up and well mannered. Soon as I hear “hello Cabot street pizza; what would you like?” I know I’ll be in for a wonderful dinner.
