My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience. Our waitress, Rachel took amazing care of us. We tried the cacio e pepe & prosciutto and it was tasty. Aged ribeye stole the show. But the service & ambiance is what sets the restaurant apart. The hostess took a polaroid for us as a souvenir, and I thought that was a wonderful touch. Highly recommend. Great new restaurant in Jacksonville!

This is where you go if you’re looking for a great tasting Dry aged ribeye and a well mixed Jungle Bird Cocktail. My boyfriend and I love coming here not only because of the high quality, reasonably priced and well prepared food but also because of the superior service. I’d sacrifice my first-born child if I could eat here at least once a week.

We were a party of 4 celebrating a friend’s birthday and I left extremely pleased with the overall experience. From the bar tenders and the 5 start service from Emily D. She described many dishes in detail and even made some suggestions. She really took the time and it didn’t go unappreciated. The octopus in the appetizer section was outstanding the same with the meats and cheese board. We enjoyed everything we ordered with the exception of the veal – it was too breaded although tender but lacked flavor. Thanks to the chef and entire staff. We will be returning

What a true gem in Atlantic Beach… and all of Jacksonville, in my humble opinion. We made an early reservation so got in with no problem, but it quickly filled up as we were enjoying dinner.

Went for a normal dinner for 2. Were sat outside which was nice, table was a little small so don’t order too much but wouldn’t recommend ordering anything to begin with. Our server was great but the overall service (bringing the right food, bringing drinks on time) was awful. 1 order of wine and 1 mixed drink, both were good and the first round came out on time. We ordered 2 appetizers, the bufalo mozz which was ok. The accoutrements to the dish were bland so it didn’t add anything. The carpaccio was bland. They also brought a wrong dish all together to the table which isn’t a big deal but shows attention to service. We ordered the cacio e pepe, came out cold and lacking in flavour but the pasta itself was cooked well. Also ordered one of their dry aged steaks. First one came overcooked (ordered medium rare, came out well done) with no sauce. Second one was also overcooked (they took it from the pass, waiter waited until I cut into it and immediately took it away for me). Third one was also well done but they tried to cover it up by saying it’s because it’s dry aged that’s why it looks so grey. the quality of the steak looked subpar as well. it looks like you could’ve gotten better steak from publix. The potatoes were oversalted. After the appetizers we had ordered a second wine that didn’t come until after the whole dinner was finished. Also had multiple random servers asking if we got our food yet, seemed disorganized. I had been to their Miami location and loved it down there. Wouldn’t recommend.

went to Salumeria in Atlantic Beach this past week, the pork ossobuco was amazing as was the burratina, gnocchi was pure slop of tasteless goo. the service was beyond horrible, our server treated us as an inconvenience and always had some place else to be. this is not a cheap place to eat and the service alone is why we will never feel the need to go back.

Went for our first anniversary. It was noted on reservation, but not acknowledged (which is ok….I don’t need recognition but why ask to say nothing?) we were sat in the dining room by the bar. The restaurant was very loud. Two person table was very small. Our waiter Austin was very inattentive and just provided poor service overall (including standing over my husband as he swiped his card to pay and watched as we selected our tip amount. Very distasteful). Sangria was good. Bread was good. Octopus was ok. Cesar salad was bland. The cacio e pepe was a neat presentation, but the taste was poor. Frozen Trader Joe’s version is honestly better. We’ve had it in Rome, made it at home, and eaten it at several restaurants in the US and it was not good at all here, & a small portion too It had a lot of cream based sauce on it that just wasn’t well flavored. I sadly didn’t take a picture of the best part of our evening, the ribeye. It was excellent. Sauce was too. But unfortunately there are many restaurants in the area with excellent steaks, so it would not be enough of a reason for us to go again. Overall, I think there was a lot of hype for a restaurant that was just mediocre at best (minus the standout Ribeye).

This place was great! My date and I each tried a spritz, SO good. We also tried the octopus and the meatballs. Octopus was really good as well as the meatballs. For dinner I had the lasagna and my date had the spaghetti alla borcata. (I might be spelling that wrong). Both great presentation and quality of meat/fish was fantastic. In all honesty, the PANNA COTTA was the absolute highlight. Ive never tasted such a great dessert before. The service was great and the servers were knowledgeable. Huge shout out to the host for letting us sit 45 mins early.

This place definitely lived up to the hype. Been trying to get in here for a few months now and luckily with family in town was able to secure a reservation. The pastas, and the cheeses were very authentic. The service was attentive and on point and the staff was friendly. The ambiance was on point. Definitely will be back.
