This was my first time ordering from here. I order a small shrimp fried rice. My rice had big pieces of scrambled eggs and my shrimp weren’t thoroughly cooked, only grilled on one side. Maybe their other meals are better prepared…

My first experience here was amazing, just like the name of the restaurant. But now when I go the service is fine, but the food quality is just…bad. The wings I got today seemed overcooked and were barely lemon pepper, same as the last visit. The fried rice is always good, just lacking in portion compared to other restaurants. I don’t expect these kind of problems when I’m paying $15 a meal either… Again the people are nice but somebody needs to care a lot more on the kitchen side of things.

Don’t waste your time. The Asian guy started yelling at the Hispanic girl for giving out 2 extra sauces. Then told the black lady the price online was wrong and she owed a dollar more. Then I received burnt fries and little cat paws that were supposed to be chicken wings. Horrible service from the young Asian guy. It’s like they don’t want our business. I will never ever spend my money here again.

Had a hankering for chicken and saw Amazing Wings on GrubHub and thought I’d give it a try. I ordered the 4 piece tender combo (honey mustard dipping sauce). French fries and coleslaw were my sides of choice. It arrived on time, complete and correct, and was packaged well for delivery.

If I could give this location zero stars I would! I order through Ubereats and it was the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. First, I asked for 10 piece “mild” wings. They were so hot it burned my nose trying to eat them plus no celery with them. Second, It was marked “buy one get one free” I received nothing free. Third, I ordered the fried cheesecake/strawberries and I received a stick of fried cheesecake with nothing (notice the picture vs what I received. I also ordered the chicken teriyaki. $40 and nothing was right! HORRIBLE!

The absolute worst customer service. I’ve bought wings here MULTIPLE times, I’ve had their honey medium wings BEFORE. I don’t know who was cooking tonight but my wings had no honey on them whatsoever. I can literally see the pepper all over my wings, and they’re so hot I can’t even eat them. When I called to ask for a refund 5 minutes after I left and got home the manager picked up, laughed, and then yelled at me saying that my order was right and that I was wrong. I offered to literally drive back up there and bring all my wings back and she refused. When I asked for the so called “manager’s” name she refused to give me her name after yelling at me. I called at 9:50 pm so whoever was on nightshift on 1/28/22 needs to be fired. I’ve worked in customer service and I could not even imagine speaking to a RETURN customer like this in my life. Never again, and I will be filing a complaint with my bank because my order was not correct and I offered to return the whole order while my boyfriend recorded the phonecall. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.
