I was pleased, as I always am, with the quality of Primo Hoagies. ( $2 off on Wednesdays doesn’t hurt, either!). The inside of the restaurant is clean and well kept, however, the outside, not so much. Someone should seriously consider painting. Also, may someone should also remove the broken down Grand Cherokee from the parking lot; it makes the place look like a dump.

Disgusting food safety violation witnessed, do not eat here unless you want to roll the dice and get hepatitis or some other disease. Employee preparing food ate food with gloves on, hand to mouth and did not change gloves or wash hands, then continued preparing food. Ewwww. I got a refund and left promptly.

Horrible staff and experience. We order from Primos by our home often and love it. But we went to the West Chester location to bring sandwiches over to a friends house. Never again! The cashier was beyond rude and was wearing dirty gloves he had used to make sandwiches all while touching the computer screen, phones, orders, and his face. He couldn’t even say hello as I approached the counter. When I asked for my online order he placed it on the counter and walked away without a word. When I asked for bag for our sandwiches, he rudely said “80 cents”. 80 cents for a bag?! I didn’t bring money with me as I had already paid for the order online. He stood and watched as I struggled to carry our sandwiches out to the car. The place also seemed dirty and unsanitary to say the least.

The hoagies are good. Slow service probably cuz no one wants or needs to work. I also got the rice pudding in the display it was soupy not pudding at all flavor was good just bad texture.

The worst “hoagies” ever. Hard rolls with no meat or cheese. Over priced for low quality and rude attitudes. Just look at the responses to some previous 1 star reviews. Overall a terrible atmosphere. Definitely not welcoming. Primos has other locations and it has never been like this.
