I mean it’s fast food. I think we all know what to expect. But Arby’s has done a noticeable transition over the last few years to raise the quality of their food, their image, and their clientele. This particular visit was very satisfactory. The lady at the counter was extremely accommodating. She took our order in a polite and timely fashion. The guys in back were also friendly and expedient. My friend had muddy boots and the lady came right out to sweep up the mud. He felt bad and apologized, but she said it was fine, but the way she said it, I believe her. She was more than happy to clean it up. I got a classic roast beef, so there isn’t much to say other than it was consistent with what has made the Franchise famous. So a pleasant demeanor among the staff was the highlight, and honestly made it a pleasant experience for me. I’ll be back.

The food was fresh and the wait staff was friendly, however the inside of the store was filthy. We had to wait ten minutes for fresh chicken tenders, and they made sure to make sure the potato cakes and fries were fresh as well. A lot of the tables had trash at them from the previous customers and the few empty tables weren’t clean. They needed to be wiped down and sprayed. It’s conveniently located in the Tulsa Hills shopping center.

This Arbys is a treat in every way during the pandemic! While most every other fast food option is battling staffing issues and limited menu…..this location still has the same management team and always seems to have plenty of employees. They must take good care of their people because all the workers seem friendly and happy too! Food quality is a cut above other fast food as well!!! A solid 5 stars in every way!

Food was ok, 2 for $7.50, beef and cheddar and nuggets. Very small portions. Nuggets were small and didn’t even stick up out of the container. Beef and cheddar hardly had any cheese or meat. Mostly bun and I had to open it to see if meat was there. Disappointment for sure. Not the first time this has happened. I’ve learned my lesson.
