I had to wait about 10 min at the window for anyone to notice I was there. There were no signs of employees. They were in the back. I could see the reflection on one of the plexi guards they have on the registers. They saw I was waiting and had no haste to attend to me. I had mixed feelings about writing this review because my order had been already made. It was probably the BEST they have ever done. The food was really good. Just the service was lacking.

I have to say, I appreciate the managers understanding of me screwing up my first attempted pizza here. I tried to remove a stuffed Chicago off the platter it comes on instead of leaving it on there and ruined it. The manager was so cool about he sent me some great coupons and one for a free pan 1 topping and I got to say this is hands down my favorite pan pizza in Amarillo.. and the staff was amazing. The girl who assisted me couldn’t be friendlier big thanks to her for telling me what to do for best results. Five stars for her as well.
