The store was dirty, the person who took my order looked and acted hight AF, I was asked if I was there to pick up an order and I said no I need to order and she began to ask me if I was 3 different people picking up an order. I told her, ma’am, I’m not picking up an order. I’m placing an order. She still looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. The gentleman that was making the pizzas was not wearing any gloves, and had touched his face and hair numerous of times I’m not sure if he did it while he was making our pizza, but he had other pieces he was making he had facial hair and was not wearing a facial net. Some other gentleman with really long hair was putting the pizzas in the boxes. He was not wearing gloves nor was he wearing hair net. This whole store needs to be. Not real sure how hair (not just one) gets baked in to the crust but someone is brushing their hair over the pizza. $60 worth of pizza and my family just got up from the table without eating, thanks Papa John I never realized that the “better ingredients, better pizza” was human hair…. Ordered pizza xl cheese and a buffalo pappadia. Pizza came dough was almost raw it was so under cooked and to top it off not a single slice cut into the pizza. The buffalo pappadia had sausage on it..took 50min to arrive and another 30mins to even speak to the manager

Just received my order and it is a wreck. The parmesan chicken bites are half burnt and the garlic parmesan dipping sauce lid came off making it a greasy soggy inedible mess. Now I have nothing for lunch as the cheese sticks were for someone else. That box was also a greasy mess from the sauce leaking all out. Wish I could leave negative stars. Will never order from here again.

Well I had a 5 star review but commented about how rude they were to me for giving them a $20 tip but I have to change it today. I don’t see where I can attach a photo but I just spent $55.00 and tipped and the cookie pizza Iis missing half a piece and there is hair and fluffy on the rest. I assume it fell upside down onto the ground before it made it to w box but it got scooped up and boxed anyway. Thanks. I needed the fiber I suppose. To the yoyo who boxed this mess, laziness will get you nowhere in life. You’ll see one day. But some people are perfectly comfortable with that. For now…I have learned not to trust this pizza spot. 1st time, shame on you. 2nd time shame on me.
