First come, first serve/seating restaurant in an Outlet Store location is definitely worth a try. They have welcoming & friendly staff. You can’t skip the garlic bread & mozzarella. Every single item we ordered was flavorful.

My experience here was incredible. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly. I got a recommendation from our waiter and im so glad I went with it. The penne scampi was flavorful, rich, and so so delicious. My boyfriend really enjoyed his chicken parm too. Not only was the food incredible but the service was too. The waiter was super friendly to us. I noticed the waiter taking care of the table next to us was great too. Tia came over to check on how we were doing and when I mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday she offered to bring over a brownie. I really recommend this location for the food and experience.

Finally get to try Parm and did not disappoint! Nono was our waiter and he’s great! Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Food came out quick and reasonable quantity and price. Large seating areas both outdoor and indoor. Look forward to returning to Parm again at any locations!

Honestly this was underwhelming. I had chicken parm (good chicken, pasta and sauce were meh). Service was not attentive and the house cab was awful. I don’t expect amazing choices at a mall but I don’t plan to go again. My companion liked the zucchini appetizer (I disagree) and I thought the meatball appetizer was pretty good.

Was here the other day with my boyfriend and son. Let me tell you. Our waiter. Was some wonderful man, I think his name started with a N, but don’t wanna type the wrong name. TOTALLY made this meal WONDERFUL. Felt right at home! So caring and welcoming. He really engaged with us the whole time. Kept up with making sure we were comfortable and most importantly. He was attentive and caring towards my son!!! He heard him crying and came right on over and checked on him, cracked a joke and made my son smile big. Lord I pray that man gets good costumers and good tippers. He deserves it. (Actually tipped 25%!!! Just because of how much he truly deserved to be tipped that!!! I didn’t even mind tipping that amount. Did it with a HUGE smile on my face. Just because he was that good. ) He was also very attentive towards my gluten allergy. Really sweet. You just don’t meet people like him anymore. Yet alone serving you and doing it with a smile on his face. God bless that man and this establishment.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The fresh mozzarella & garlic bread was delicious & that Penne Scampi was everything & more! The customer service was phenomenal as we were checked up on by basically everyone working. Management was also phenomenal & very attentive to their customers. I highly recommend coming here & I will definitely be back.

Good spot to grab a drink & bite while waiting for girl friend to shop. 3rd time here and always feel welcomed at the bar. I love the Magic fries aka Italian fries. McDonald’s can learn a thing or two by adding this to their happy meal

The service is awesome… they are polite and very accommodating… I have no complaints about the staff because they were so pleasing and attentive even during a late lunch weekend at the outlet… The house roast beef sandwich is okay, but it is close to bland… the fries has no personality at all… skip both them… try the other items on the menu and maybe they might be a lot better than the food that I had eaten…

Great Italian food at an outlet center. Chicken Parmesan was delicious, the sauce for dipping the mozzarella sticks and pizza knots was amazing. Also ordered the turkey sandwich, which had fresh carved turkey and garlic Parm fries which were so crispy and yummy. Will definitely come back and look for other locations.
