Our family LOVES Sofia’s! It’s tied for our favorite pizza in Durham. The pizza is always hot and delicious, they’re generous with the toppings, and the marinara sauce is amazing. We had the sticks for the first time tonight (we usually just get pizza) and they are a new favorite!

Took the family here for dinner on a Saturday evening (6ish) and ordered one 18in Supreme pizza, 10count of lemon pepper wings, potatoes and 2 individual slices of pizza for 4 ppl and spent $44! Pizza was excellent! Cheesy, but not overly and the ingredients were tasty because you could tell they were fresh. One of the slices we ordered was the East Durham. It has collard greens, cheese, bacon and serrano peppers on it. It was great! But be ready for the Heat! It kicks a nice punch if you not ready! Now the ranch dressing, which came with the wings is house made and it is THEE BEST RANCH I’VE EVER HAD!!!! No Lie! Make sure you get some. We ordered extra and dipped EVERYTHING in it! It was that good! Wings were great! Not over cooked/hard and they were juicy w/lots of flavor. Potatoes Now location…. It is not located in the most feel good and fuzzy part of Durham. I think the owner would make more $$ if they relocated to another part of Durham. We sat and dine-in but with our antennas up and ready to go if anything popped off. Please don’t take this as a bad establishment bc it’s NOT, I will absolutely be ordering again, but carry-out. Also, it’s not big inside at all so don’t go with a huge party.

I work and live close to Sofia’s and teammates often order pizza. I’m not a huge pizza fun but tonight I decided to try their sub and it was a great. It was fresh and the portion was huge and will be enough for two servings. The chipotle Mayo was a little spicier then I expected so next time I’ll opt for regular Mayo. The cashier had wonderful customer service and was very friendly.

Great place I eat here at least twice a week. Pizza, wings, tenders, all top notch and the sauces are very good. Service is good and fairly quick (15 mins for slices and wings). Reasonable prices I usually spend 15-20 and eat two meals off of it.

Lived in up north for 21 years. Since being here Sofia’s Pizza stands in a league of some of the Northern most of the Pizza I’ve ever eaten. It is not a Pizza Hut, Domino’s, etc. It is real pizza, real ingredients, fresh and home hand prepped, and cooked better than a lot of professional eateries! I always order by phone, pick up my own. Superb, Delightful, and Delicious!!!

Really, really good. Pizza is thin crust and outstanding. Love how they get it to stay firm and crisp. They have the traditional options and also some house specialties. We tried la guerra which was amazing. The salad was the shocker though as it was so fresh and good with homemade dressing. Not what you expect at pizza place. It is counter order but they then being to table. Friendly staff. Really nothing but good things to say outside of I suppose parking could be tough as it is mostly street parking.

My toddler and I tried Sophia’s for lunch the Friday before last. There was a strange smell when we walked in, but we still decided to eat there. We both got a slice of pizza and I added a salad with mine. The only drinks they had was soda. There wasn’t anything non carbonated. I don’t give my son soda. Most places have fruit punch, lemonade or tea. The server brought the food to the table. She wasn’t the friendliest. She never said a word. She brought no silverware. I had to get up & get silverware. I could’ve just went to the counter. The pizza was a bland. I asked for his pizza kids cut, but it was still in large pieces. I hate cutting pizza with a butter knife. It’s messy. I had to recut the pizza, when they could’ve used a sliver. Most pizza places cut it in kid size pieces. They had kids there, so….The kids were polite. I also had to get back up to ask for garlic for the pizza. It helped a little. I didn’t like the lettuce in the salad.
