Received raw bambino burgers shoved at the bottom of a bag underneath the remainder of my order. Completely smashed. This is consistently the worst good times I’ve ever been to. Fries are always terrible too.

The number of times I’ve ordered the chicken strips “Served with choice of [sauce]”, and not gotten the sauce with my order leaves me unwilling to go to GTs in the future. The price is above average, the service is regularly wonderful, but if I’m not going to get what I order, what’s the point?

Although pre-made, the breakfast burritos are usually hot and delicious, though the quantity of meat seems to have declined where the amount of potatoes has increased some. I prefer the chorizo with their Wild Sauce-it’s the perfect combo of sweet, spicy and savory.

I don’t normally leave Google reviews, but the staff at this location is so nice, I had to say something. A group of us came through the drive-thru with our dogs on a Friday night in two different cars, and when we met up in the parking lot to eat, we all shared how sweet the drive-thru staff was to us.

Ordered online. Order was so messed up. Ordered a large meal to share the fries with my husband, but got a small instead. And it was a small small fries. Bacon on burgers was rubbery, Totally missed the drink and spoonbender on the order. And then when we asked for our drink and spoonbender we were quickly given the wrong size and the window closed in our face. Only thing good here was the cheese curds. Was not worth $43. Save your money and go to Carl’s Jr. down the street. This was very disappointing for Good Times, more like Disappointing Times.

This place used to be so good. People that work here now are awful. Have repeatedly messed up my orders and are rude. A kid with black hair and a pony tail served us tonight. When we asked which of our shakes were what he said “I didn’t keep track.” and shut the window. I love Goodtimes, but will avoid this place at all costs.

This is a good burger place and they had huge crunchy onion rings. I had a burger with guacamole and bacon. My daughter had one with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. We both enjoyed our lunch and the staff was friendly as well.
