the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK is fine as far as cheesesteaks go. but wow it is the smallest “Large” I have ever seen. My phone (galaxy s22 ultra) is the the same length and yet larger in width than this pathetic excuse for a sandwhich. this thing was made for Hobbits. it almost doesn’t seem real. they really made a very “OK” sandwich for child sized fantasy creatures and slapped a $15 price on it, then called it a day. this is only a “large” if you’re attending zoolanders school as a student. the only universe where a normal and healthily sized human man could or would consider this 15 dollar sandwich large is the one in ‘Honey, I shrunk the kids’ except you, the customer, got shrunk instead of those kids. this thing is ridiculous. Which Wich isn’t a middle school cafeteria catering company, as far as I know, so they’re really going to have to reevaluate how they view sizes and how apply words like “regular” and “large” to their menu items. 8 regular sized bites and your sandwhich that barely meets the definition of bland is gone.

A bit unusual ordering process. Grab a bag and check off what you would like. Turn it in and pay.

Used to only be able to get them when out of town, now they are starting to open locations in Chicago metro area. I like the idea of marking down on the bag (after you pick the kind of sandwich you want) the toppings and such that you would like. Definitely one of the better sub chains out there. I like the Italian grinder. This location is in a gas station, I did not see a place to sit and eat.

Tried Which Wich for the first time and decided to get their biggest sandwich. This sandwich exceeded my expectation! It also took 2 people to fold it! I could only eat half at lunch so i basically get two meals out if it!

So you get mad at me and give me a nasty attitude every time I ask for a receipt? You need to learn some customer service skills, how to respect people (and maybe a better personal hygiene for someone preparing food). Truth has to be told, after 2 years of being a loyal customer buying sandwiches in bulk.

I agree with many of the points in the reviews that have already been posted, such as price, attitude, hours, quality and variety. Let me start my review with price and move on to the rest. They posted and advertised a value price on a specific sandwich ($5.00), yet I was charged more than triple the posted price ($18.00). I brought it up only to be told I didn’t strictly adhere to the terms in the ad to qualify for that price. (Let’s touch on attitude, here.) I begrudgingly accepted this and paid the excessive price. I returned another day and tried again, this time strictly adhering to the terms posted for the value price only to be charged just over double the advertised price ($13.00). I brought this up again only to be straight up lied to; being told that no such sale existed (!) even though they had signs up in the parking lot promoting it and having the very same sale popping up on the jumbo TV screen to the left of the cash register! When I pressed the cashier some more, I was lied to some more with some gibberish about timing and expiration dates. I guess the strategy here is to provide incoherent explanations so the customer cannot provide cogent responses. One thing for sure is this kind of business practice and attitude is definitely not a text book example of customer service! Another example of disregard for the customer are the signs implying that they’re open “24 Hours” when they are not. They used to be open all night when they first opened, but now their hours of operation can be described as fluid, at best. Pre pandemic there used to be a larger variety of ingredients than they have now and I’d like to see some of them returned, like the crispy jalapeños. Still, “Which Wich” may try to provide as many varieties of quality ingredients to their franchisees but this location doesn’t consistently deliver on that. Whether they’ve run out of something or they neglect to add it to your sandwich, you only find out that something is missing by starting to eat your sandwich. When this happens, you end up questioning if your food was prepared adequately enough to be safely eaten. I also noticed that the out-of-town customers are the ones who gave the best reviews which makes me wonder if only the repeat customers are the ones who are getting taken for granted. Whatever the reason for this phenomenon, I decided it’s just as easy to go up to the next block and order from Potbelly, where their hours, price and quality are more consistent than this place.

My stomach is still upset and it’s no surprise by how the sandwich looked like: mostly lettuce, a couple of bad tomatoes, missing bell peppers and onions and the steak was oily and overly cooked. service was horrible, not wearing masks or gloves while working with the food, the lady wasn’t polite at all, they were pretty much yelling at each other in Hindi or whatever language non stop and it took forever. Definitely not what I expect when paying $18 for a sandwich. I still like which which but probably won’t be back to this location

Mouthwatering, satisfactory, freshness actually tested and guaranteed. Never disappointing. Available for delivery and catering. International delight in two words that has blessed us with its presence in our part of the Midwest. It is the #1 best sandwich experience. hands down, you will understand once you taste the difference from everything Else available around.

Quite lame sandwich. Ordered “regular” sized rueben, came on 7 inch roll, about 2 ounces of meat and a piece of cheese. Nearly $9. May be filling to a child, but not for an adult. Ate in store, then went next door to McDonald’s immediately after.
