It’s Burger King, so no surprises. However, I’d like to highlight that the service here is good and my orders are always accurate, which significantly contributes to the overall experience. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the inside. The outside could use a little sprucing up and repaving around the drive thru lane, but it’s not horrible.

I have been living in the Lake Ridge area for well over 20 years and have given a few chances to this Burger King. Unfortunately they never justify me giving them another chance. First and I can not stress this enough, the manager or cashier that took my order around 6 pm on 12/26/2022 was awesome and didn’t deserve to have the food look and taste as awful as it was. The Whoppers were just plain awful, they were very dry and tasteless like they had been microwaved 3 times. Next the presentation was pathetic, I have included a photo. The way my Whoppers were just thrown together with unrelated cheese was big red flag. Furthermore, for the number of employees in this BK at the time and the lack of customers warranted a much quicker service and superb presentation. The way our food looked, you’d think they had 20 orders in the queue and short of staff. As I said, the gentlemen that served me was let down by the speed of service and the awful looking and tasting food. We won’t be back, sorry

The drive-thru only had diet soda so instead of having employees stationed at the soda disappear and hand the drinks to the drive-thru employees, the manager had then standing around in the Empty restaurant. We had to get out of our cars to come in to get regular soda… then the food was cold and the manager didn’t understand enough English when I explained what was wrong. This used to be one of the better ones. Now I can see why it was empty on a Saturday at 6:30pm.

This place is filthy, I was behind the Hispanic lady while she was preparing the order she picked up a hashbrown from the table and put it back with other ones. She is so rude no greeting and throw the order at me; didn’t even ask if that’s my order she gave. I wish I got her name, so I can report her. She extremely horrible at dealing with people all the time.
