It was interesting, although I’m not a fan of paying to make my own food, it was a good experience and the whole family enjoyed them selves. There is a slight language barrier, you just have to be patient and listen, but other than that when you do order something from the grill, they are quick to serve you. And as for dessert, the self serve dessert doesn’t have much to choose from, but if you made your self a great meal, you should be too full to think about dessert. The kids loved it, they enjoyed picking their own ingredients and making their own meal., kids under 9 years of age eat at a discount of 17.99 per bowl. Or they can choose to share a bowl with someone else for 13.99. and anyone older than 9 you are paying 28.99 per person.

I love this place! I’ve never had this much fun eating food lol. The service is awesome and our waiter was very welcoming and attentive. The food were fresh and the place is comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back next time!

We went here for dinner last Saturday night for my wife’s Mother’s Day present. We had a fantastic time and a fantastic meal! This was our first foray into the hot pot style food at restaurants and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Instead of Choo Choo sushi, it’s Choo Choo Hot pot. Lol! Great concept but needs more work especially their service. The place was very busy even on the weekend around 3pm. The waitress was kind enough to explain how it works.

Our first hot pot experience was at Chiba this past weekend and we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed the conveyor belt and delivery train concept for serving the food. Everything was clean and the food was fresh. The concept of breaking up a “buffet” into individual bowls felt a lot more sanitary than having everyone scoop from the same tray.

Overall good experience, kids find the train carrying food exciting. Certain food items were frozen before I believe, and some were fresh. Would I go again? yes, staff is friendly, price is good, overall dining experience was good. Had many food options.

Such a wonderful experience the food tasted amazing loved how clean it is also love the train that comes to your table and that it’s so easy and affordable way better than doing hibachi and cheaper and you can get full off of it! 10/10 would recommended and best believe I’m coming again!!
