Fastest Jimmy johns around!!! I went in at 8 left at 805pm today. The girl was already cutting the bread for me before I even walked in!!! She was so quick and polite. Even the sandwich looks pretty and put together lol. Amazing staff!!!! Most recommended Jimmy johns!!!!

Ordered my food at 12, called around 12:40 and asked if they knew why it wasn’t there yet, they said they were backed up with deliveries and I told them that was fine, food finally got there at 1:10 when my coworker had to bring it inside to me because the delivery girl was too lazy to get out of her car to walk it up. Her exact words were “Here take this in to Natasha”. Then when I opened my bag I had the wrong chips and my sandwich was soggy. I always order from here but definitely will not be after this experience.

I’ve never been in a Jimmy John’s before my life until today. I hope this is not what all of them are like. The sandwich may have tasted good but it was incredibly skimpy the bread was incredibly tough. The price single the sandwiches are outrageous compared to what they are worth. The bread isn’t even wide enough to close over the toppings. And the entire store has a vibe like they just want you to hurry up and get out so they can continue their girl talk.

The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, however I got food positing last night. Didn’t eat anywhere else the whole day, so it was quite obvious as to where I got it from. I know it’s not a problem with this specific location, however I’ve been reading that nationwide Jimmy John’s is causing a decent amount of people to be sick. I was baffled when I searched and saw how many run ins they’ve had with the FDA. Corporate needs to get it together, such a bummer.

This establishment does the absolute bare minimum to function it seems. I have ordered from them about 10 times for some orders totaling around 40-50…. Just ordered a meal for 3 around $35… Well took a half hour to make, then almost another half hour to deliver. That is fine generally, I DO NOT CARE how long I have to wait, IF the food is FRESH and made RIGHT…. However, if they take that long, charge me so much and then don’t make the order right, cut out some of the product, make me wait to eat it, charge me top dollar for the bare minimum and not care.. nothing changes and I am sick of wasting money on such a poorly run place… Never get another dime from me. There are better Jimmy John’s around for sure but lately they all seem to have cut their QUALTIY down by about 50% unfortunately.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have problems getting waited on. First time…order taker couldn’t take my order (drink only) because her phone call (claims it was boss) was more important. So I walked out. Second time…2 people just standing there… staff couldn’t take my order because evidently the other people had been standing there a while waiting to order so she took their order around me.
