Had called Wingstop for about an hour line. Was busy, busy busy. Went into the store. Found out that the phone was off the hook and they were not busy. They were all just in the store standing around. Not doing nothing. Ordered the wings and didn’t get them for a good 30 minutes. I’m not sure why but they didn’t do the wings right. I ordered Cajun dry and they did with them and then put the seasoning on them.

Around 5/6 pm .. I called ahead because I like my wings extra extra well done. The cashier seem like she didn’t know what she was doing . She was on her phone. My wings wasn’t hot lemon it was just lemon pepper I was told I was waiting on fries when I went to pick up but my fries wasn’t fresh hot so I’m confused on what I was waiting on. I had to go back up there to fix the wings and the new bag of wings didn’t come extra extra well done and it barely had lemon pepper seasoning. If it’s slow in the store every order should be made correctly! it’s wings and fries how can you mess up wings and fries ?!!! I love Wingstop but I think I’m going to just stick to the locations in Las Vegas. Horrible first impression

My boyfriend ordered wings on the Wingstop app, the order was supposed to be ready, but when it arrived, they just made him wait, he was right in front of the register and no one told him that his order was ready, after 30 minutes people were coming in and out with their orders but ours still hadn’t been delivered, after 45 minutes the incompetent cashier asks us for the name of the order, she gives us the order and she didn’t even remember if she had delivered our drink, my boyfriend and I reviewed the order because it wasn’t an order that would have come out but rather that it was there and the order was cold! When we told the cashier she just got upset and went in to tell her supervisor who returned our money , while the cashier just passed by laughing in our face, not caring what was happening, we had a very bad experience.

First time trying Wingstop. We ordered mild buffalo, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The food was fresh. The mild buffalo and fries were our fav. The lemon pepper was very basic (disappointed), the garlic Parmesan was a bit too salty.

Normally service is good when we get off of work, however tonight the girl that worked at counter was on her phone the entire time so our food Sar on self, on the doordash pickup and we were waiting inside to pick it up. She didn’t once check to see if our food was ready. We watched as people came in to get their food and we had placed our order before we left work.
