It took 35 minutes to get my order because they had forgotten a pizza on it. It wasn’t until ten minutes after I got to the location that they even bothered to start making the missing pizza. Very disappointed as I have had good experiences previously but these issues were compounded with the lack of communication from the staff. Do better marcos.

We usually tip very well. Once before they bring us the food, and again once they deliver. We do this to to motivate young people to do a good job. Nonetheless, our food arrived 45 minutes late.

This location is typically very busy due to the location of being by Publix, however, the pizza is always good and staff is friendly. Recently tried their sandwiches and those are good, also. For those writing really angry complaints, it is a PIZZA PLACE with young people working there, not a fine dining establishment. Give them a little grace.

Second time I order curbside and had to go inside to get my order. First excuse the system cleared the order as picked up. This time we switched systems and no getting curbside. But next to me in the parking lot we’re also curbside and got their order.

Ordered a pizza from Marco’s in Chapin tonight. I’ve ordered from them a few times since moving here and each time at this point there has been an issue, though not enough to post a review about. Tonight however, not only did our pizza arrive cold, not even remotely warm, but it also looked like it was cut into puzzle pieces different shapes and sizes. Didn’t even think that was possible. Not even cut all the way through either. Some pieces were squared , some triangular. I honestly think whoever cut this pizza was high lol because it looks like a toddler cut this pizza! I wish I could post a picture ♀️ I use to order from the Marcos pizza on Hardscrabble road in Columbia all the time and they were always awesome!

Normally this place is ok, but after the last 2 experiences where I waited for a mobile order for more than 40 minutes because the order was “lost” and the employees could care less. The excuse was that it was busy. Didn’t even get a refund for my order. Management could care less, poorly run.

First time visiting. We dined in and was surprised how fast the food was brought out to us. My wife and friend shared a large Greek salad. They said it was absolutely delicious. We had plenty to bring home too. I also ordered us a large meat pizza. It was loaded with toppings and our friend couldn’t stop saying how great it was. We will definitely return.
