The mall location was slammed during Saturday lunch and the wait time was ridiculous. I called my order in ahead of time, however it still took 25 minutes to just pick it up at the window. The fries were cold, but the friendly window attendant was kind enough to replace them with warmer ones. The Station has mastered the burger, which was delicious. However scheduling enough employees to cover a shift is an issue the establishment should look at. Definitely not fast food!

A themed place with really good burgers. Themed and decorated with items from the people that keep our area safe. The “Station burger” is really good, has bacon bits mixed in the patty meat, put what toppings you want on it. Ohh and the hand cut fries…Really tasty. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

I eat here about once a month, maybe. Have probably been in ten times. Every single time there is some kind of issue that seems to be the result of the crew just not being focused. Once I had to listen to an employee get chewed out for the duration of my lunch. Once my burger had onion so big, they just laid around it on the plate. I never get extra mayo even though I ask every time. Today, I got the wrong fries, and the wrong burger. Of course they fixed it. Then, there was a hair about a foot long in it. Most people would have given up. I just pulled it out. But it seems every time I come there is a new thing that happens. In spite of all of this, the food is dee-lishus. I prefer the crinkle fries over fresh cut as the fresh cut seem to be a little to greasy. The burgers are great. The blue cheese they used to use is sliced and has little flavor. I quit getting it. I continue to come, though, because the burgers are the best in town. It’s crazy, I know.

Great food!!! 4 people working and killing it. Place was packed on a tuesday at 1130am!! Burger had great flavor, chili was awesome!! Great staff!!! We will be back.

This place has become a local favorite and everyone knows of it. They serve all the best greasy burgers and fantastic dogs. The décor is all firefighter, military, and law enforcement related. Medical professionals as well as veterans and current city first-aid, police workers get a discount.
