The BBQ is top notch! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at an event at the Palm Coast Arts Foundation, people were lined up at his food truck, the plate was delicious, he puts brisket in the baked beans and really puts a lot of care into his BBQ. We had a large event planned for roughly 500 people. At the last minute the venue got changed and then had some additional challenges. They were so understanding and worked with us in every way. The ribs were off the chain!!! Highly recommend and was great having them.
